We do not permit the use of our Delhi Helicopter Service by persons who fall into any of the following categories
If the service is discovered during the service, the service will be discontinued immediately for any reason.
In such cases, no refunds of fees will be made.
・Those who use the site for the purpose of production, or those who force or persistently demand production.
・Under 18 years old (not available for high school students)
・Persons affiliated with antisocial organizations and their equivalents are not permitted to use this site.
・Drunken person
・Drug users and drug possessors
・Persons with STDs or suspected of having STDs
・Scouting and remarks, etc., by a peer, scout, or person equivalent to a scout (3,000,000 yen fine).
・Taking pictures, eavesdropping, or filming using equipment such as filming equipment,
digital cameras, or cell phones. (Fines of ¥500,000 and up)
・The room is not available for use of bath or shower.
・Stalking of companions or similar behavior
・Direct solicitation of companions not mediated by our store
・Use by persons with STDs or suspected STDs.
・Those who are deemed to be unable to observe the precautions and prohibitions.

※Those who fail to comply with the above items will be reported to public authorities and will be liable for damages.
If any of the above actions are taken, the service will be immediately terminated. Please note that we will not be able to refund any fees.

■Precautions
When a companion enrolled in our store is injured during delivery service, resulting in a hospital visit or absence from work,
Treatment fees may be charged.
We may demand compensation for damages in the event that we are interfered with or damaged in the course of our business.
・If there is more than one person in a room
・Those who take photographs, spy photos, or make recordings with cell phones, cameras, etc.
・Those who are stalked or forced to go out on dates outside of the store
・Those who engage in conduct (including abusive language and threats) that women do not like.
・Forcing services that are not part of a woman's possible services.
・Those who have malicious intent, or those whom we deem to be extremely unsuitable as customers for our store.
